Where and when we meet
Wareham are part of
Inner Wheel District 11, and we meet at various members houses through the year.
Meetings are held at 2.30pm on the first Wednesday and 12.30pm on the third Wednesday of every month except August.

About the Town
Wareham is a small riverside market town which is a gateway to the Jurassic Coast, and is one of the few remaining Saxon walled towns in England. Take a walk around the walls to find out about Viking attacks, civil war skirmishes and gruesome executions! Wareham Town Museum is a great place to discover local history and learn about the town’s connection with T.E.Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia). The town’s quay is a lively meeting place and is host to many events and activities, including a weekly market. Tourism thrives both in the town and the surrounding beauty spots in the area.
About the Club
A small but friendly club whose members enjoy fun and fellowship whilst helping to raise money for worthy charities. Meetings take place twice monthly at members’ homes. Club activities include having interesting speakers, enjoying outings to various places of interest, organising social and fund raising events and supporting the work of Wareham Rotary Club.
We also keep abreast of what is happening at District level by attending District Meetings and Rallies and International Rallies, and also support IW Association at the annual Conference.
