Our Conferences

The Association Annual Conference 2026 will be held at the Venue Cymru in Llandudno, North Wales on Monday 23rd to Wednesday 25th March 2026.

An Outline of the Conference programme is as follows:

Monday:

Registration Desk and Stalls open 1 pm until 5 pm 

Evening District Get-togethers

Tuesday:

Morning – Service followed by Greetings from The Mayor of Llandudno, IIW President Kay Morland and First Guest Speaker, Frankie Hobro from the Anglesey Sea Zoo

Afternoon – Intro of District Chairmen, Service Collection Cheque to Tourette’s Action, Second Guest Speaker, Eleanor Thatcher (Thatchers Cider), Charity Speaker from Ronald McDonald House Charity

Evening Entertainment – “A Night At The Musicals” Welsh of The West End – feel free to put on your “glad rags”

Wednesday:

Morning – AGM

Afternoon – Intro of President, Address by President Pam and into of incoming Executive Committee, Third Guest Speaker, Patrict Grant, (The Great British Sewing Bee), School Choir Ysgol Pen Barras Junior School to finish

Evening Entertainment – The Zoots band playing 50s – 90s music
