Where do we meet?
North Fife Inner Wheel is part of Inner Wheel District 1, and we meet at the Drumoig Hotel, Forgan Drive, Drumoig, Fife KY16 0DS. Meetings are held at 6.15pm on the first Tuesday of each month. No formal meetings are held in July & August but coffee mornings, fundraising and social events continue throughout the year.
Our Club
North Fife was chartered in 1981 and celebrated its 40th Anniversary in 2021. We currently have 22 members. As well as the monthly meetings members enjoy coffee mornings knitting, regular walks and outings as well as fundraising for local and international projects.
Our Area
Our club covers a number of villages, including Balmerino, Gauldry, Wormit, Newport-on-Tay, Tayport and Balmullo. They lie south of the River Tay, with amazing views of the 2 bridges crossing the Tay to the north, Tentsmuir Forest and beach to the east and prime agricultural land stretching to the south. We are lucky to have part of the Fife Coastal Path passing through the area, which is popular with walkers. Of course, this area is a mecca for golfers due to the proximity of St Andrews Links and having Scotscraig the 13th oldest Golf Club in the world right on our doorstep.

Visit to Dundee City Chambers
At the end of the last Inner Wheel year we were fortunate enough to go on a visit to Dundee City Chambers, where we were given a tour, seeing all the memorabilia and hearing lots of interesting facts about the history of the city. We were looked after extremely well by all the staff and all the members thoroughly enjoyed the visit. To finish the evening we returned to our President Alex’s house for a delightful meal and lots of socialising.
