At the 73rd District 1 Rally in Forfar, the Royal Hotel function room had a tartan feature courtesy of the Strathmore Woollen Mill, Forfar. A small stage featured some tartan products including, Highland kilt outfits, tartan cape, Scottie dog and tartan flowers....
