D8 Woodridge welcomes District Chairman Heather Hewson

Delighted to welcome District Chairman, Heather Hewson, members were treated to a potted history of her life and her journey with and passion for Inner Wheel. President, Judy Hardcastle, then presented Heather with a gift from Woodbridge.

Recently, members have been to have afternoon tea at the Longshed, enjoyed a knit and natter session at Notcutts and were very busy at the Memory Café where much fun was had by all. Memory café, for anyone with memory loss and their carers, takes place on the last Wednesday of each month.

Members are looking forward to a coffee morning at Deirdre Griffin’s house 7th May, taking part in the VE Day Peace Celebrations in Elmhurst Park, Woodbridge 10th May, knit and natter at Notcutts 28th May at 2.30,
