Banbury present a cheque to the RNLI

The Banbury Club recently hosted representatives from President Catherine’s chosen charity for the year; the RNLI. After supper with members and guests we enjoyed an informative illustrated talk and presented a cheque from the past year of fundraising. The charity has been celebrating their bi-centenary in 2024, alongside our own organisation’s centenary and reference was made to the fact that the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs already has two RNLI rescue boats, which have been saving lives for many years.
