About District 3
District 3 consists of 15 Clubs stretching from Berwick-upon-Tweed to Guisborough & Great Ayton and across to Hexham & Tynedale.
Clubs meet every month apart from August. Each Club arranges its own speakers. Every Club is visited once a year by the District Chairman for its Business Meeting.
The International Inner Wheel President has a theme for her year and this year it is “Shine A Light”. The International Inner Wheel President is Trish Douglas from the Montrose club, District 1 in GB&I. It is a wonderful honour for Trish to be the president in the centenary year of Inner Wheel, founded in 1924 by Margarette Golding

Who we support
We support many Charities. The Association President chooses a charity or has a project for her year. The District Chairman chooses her Charity for her year in Office which is supported by the Clubs. The Club President chooses a Charity for her year in Office. All the Clubs support their favourite Charities as well when funds permit.
