When do we meet?
Meetings are held at 7pm on the second Wednesday of every month. Closed August. If you are interested in joining us, please email secretaryD19@btinternet.com

We had a very interesting talk after dinner from Michael and Leslie Gray who have started a voluntary beach wheelchair service on Fleetwood beach.
Michael lives near the beach and could see handicapped people not been able to gain access so was determined to help, they now have several chairs to provide the service to various ages with various handicaps.
Some of the chairs can go in the sea so people can swim or paddle from them which must give them so much joy.

Projects
As a club we became very enthused by the 100 for 100 idea and decided to try and collect 100 tools for The Tools for Self Reliance charity. We collected some 250, well and truly achieving our goal. The tools are collected at Netley Marsh, in the New Forest area, where volunteers refurbish them before they are sent to different countries in Africa.

On Valentine’s day some of the ladies of North Fylde enjoyed a wonderful meal (and wine ) hosted by our secretary Judy Eaves
