District 18 has 15 clubs and covers North Wales and part of the North West of England.
District Chairman

District Chairman Carole Hille
Welcome
Hello Everyone from New Brighton in Merseyside. I think I must be the most recently appointed District Chairman as I was only invited and accepted the prestigious role four weeks ago. Everyone has been so welcoming, from the Executive Committee down to my own Club in Wallasey. I will do my best to follow an exceptional group of people who have carried out this role before me whilst maintaining the ethos of Inner Wheel, and I look forward to visiting all the Clubs in District 18 and hearing their plans for the future.
My chosen charity for the year is the Merseyside Society for Deaf People. They cover a wide area and link also to their Welsh counterparts. I myself have a hearing impairment and have taught a number of students with this disability. The deaf community are often the forgotten community and I very much want to increase their profile and help with their fundraising, much of which is to aid hearing impaired children and their families.
Anyone reading this and contemplating joining Inner Wheel can be assured that they will receive a warm welcome, make new friends and have lots of fun!
