About District 13
District 13 is one of 29 Districts in the UK and Ireland and has clubs in and around London.
Inner Wheel is one of the largest women’s voluntary service organisations in the world with around 100,000 members in 103 countries. It was founded in 1924 and was originally intended for the wives of Rotarians. Membership is now open to women who share its’ objects and ideals.
