About District 10
Welcome to District 10.
We cover the area from Worcester in the north, Clevedon in the south and Swindon North Wilts in the east.
We have 11 clubs within these boundaries.
There is a warm welcome waiting for you if there is a club near you.
We are always looking to recruit new members so if you think you might like to be part of this wonderful International organisation, please email and we will arrange for a club member near you to meet you for a coffee and give you an insight into club membership. Each club will have different activities – we are essentially a Service organisation but we are always looking for new and innovative ways to raise money to support our local communities.
So come on – what have you got to lose?
District Chairman

District Chairman Lynn Jones
Welcome
I was born in Shropshire and lived there until I married Ray and we moved to mid Wales with his job. I have mainly done secretarial work. In 1977, just before the birth of my second daughter, we moved to Malvern and still live in the same house.
Ray joined Rotary and some 35+ years ago I joined Worcester Severn Inner Wheel club. Worcester Severn celebrates 40 years this year. I have served as club president 3 times, club secretary and other offices. In 2006-9 I was District Editor. I belong to a number of clubs and enjoy travelling.
One of my daughters lives in London and the other in Tokyo and I visit them and my 4 grandchildren as often as I can. Both daughters have lived in various countries. Ray and I decided to visit our daughter who was living and working in Cape Town at the time. The week before our trip her company moved her to Singapore! We still had a lovely holiday.

Who we support
My charity this year is Cancer Research UK as this is something very close to me.
For the past 120 years, Cancer research has been making discoveries that have saved countless lives. But they have so much more to do. Their strategy sets out how they will accelerate progress towards a better future.
The Association charity is Ronald McDonald House Charities UK
The Association International Charity is Mary’s Meals
