A breezy and cool day greeted Association Pam on her visit to the District 9 Rally - but the welcome and friendship was warm. After a Service of Friendship and Thanksgiving, District Chairman Barbara and members of the Executive Committee braved the breezes for a photo before we enjoyed a wonderful lunch, plenty of chat and time to catch up with friends from across the District and beyond.
