Banbury President June, was delighted to hand over a cheque for £5,000 to the Sepsis Trust UK at the end of a busy year of fundraising by the club. She described to members gathered at her final meeting as President, how sepsis had robbed her family of a much loved husband and father 27 years ago and explained the importance of knowing the key symptoms and asking medical professionals "Could it be sepsis?" in order to save lives. The money was raised at a variety of exciting and enjoyable events, including a hugely successful performance of 'The Essence of Audrey' with afternoon tea served by the club members for over 120 guests.
