President Chrissy, along with 5 members of the club, visited the headquarters of Sense in Selly Oak.
We were given a very interesting tour of Sense, finding out how much they do for disabled children, right up to the age of 25 years, followed by a lovely afternoon tea hosted by Sense.
We then presented a cheque for the money raised (see photo) by Chrissy in her role as President during 2024/25.
Members from across the District gathered for a traditional Burn's Night meal, with Scottish poetry and a lively ceilidh. Ladies and their guests had great fun dancing the 'Gay Gordons' and learning to 'Strip the Willow', while raising money for the District...
