At the January meeting of the IW Buxton Club members were pleased to welcome Ana Mankiewicz from the Grapevine Wellbeing Centre in Buxton. Ana gave members a very interesting and informative talk about the services and projects available for anyone struggling with mental health issues. Inner Wheel members were pleased to present Ana with a donation of funds raised at the annual coffee morning in September.
Brenda Scourfield wrote to Queen Camilla to inform her of Orange The World. On behalf of Carmarthen Inner Wheel she asked if Windsor Castle could be lit up in orange! Alas not! She did receive a note back thanking Inner Wheel for drawing attention regarding Violence...
Nine members of the Inner Wheel Club of Carmarthen braved the ice this morning to celebrate Inner Wheel Day, at the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel, sharing stories and enjoying friendship.
