Wednesday 3rd December, Eileen French and Jane Bassom from Wickford Inner Wheel wore Santa outfits to take part in the “Santa in the City”, part of a 3 night event.
They completed a 5K walk and were sponsored by members, family and friends raising in excess of £550 for the Sarcoma UK Charity, through “Just Giving”.
On completion they were presented with their medals. 
It was a dry evening and nearly 1500 runners and walkers took part.
They had a throughly enjoyable evening for a worthy cause.

Nine members of the Inner Wheel Club of Carmarthen braved the ice this morning to celebrate Inner Wheel Day, at the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel, sharing stories and enjoying friendship.
