D22 Celebration of Membership 24 June 2025

The last event for the current Inner Wheel year was a Celebration of Membership attended by 50 members including Association Membership and Development Officer Liz Norris. It was a celebration of all our members, regardless of where they are in their Inner Wheel Journey. Everyone is a valued member of District 22, helping us move forwards through our second century. Presentations were made to Ann Rial 40 years membership and Rosie Bolton 25 years membership. This year has seen 49 new members including those in the two new Clubs – Hucknall and District and Mapperley and District. Sadly two clubs – Clay Cross and Matlock – are closing but some of their members are transferring to other clubs or becoming Members at Large GB&I. The award for the club with the most new recruits was a close-run race between (runners up) Mansfield and (winners) Bolsover.
