At the 73rd District 1 Rally in Forfar, the Royal Hotel function room had a tartan feature courtesy of the Strathmore Woollen Mill, Forfar. A small stage featured some tartan products including, Highland kilt outfits, tartan cape, Scottie dog and tartan flowers. Association President Heather Sheerin’s tartan was made into neckers and flower brooches by the Strathmore Woollen Mill and worn by District 1 members attending Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in GB&I Conference in Harrogate in April.
