The Inner Wheel Club of Carmarthen recently visited the Jewellery Gallery of Mari Thomas in Llandeilo. Mari makes all her own jewellery and designs, she started her business 28 years ago through the Prince’s/King’s Trust and was invited to Buckingham Palace by the King as one of the great successes of the Trust, she welcomes any club that wishes to visit her Gallery.

The photo on the right is Carmarthen member Nancy Evans, who came to Wales from Australia on holiday when she was 19, met Phillip and then married him and never returned. Mari Thomas is in the centre and on the right is Josie Jameson of the Inner Wheel Club of Gosnells, Australia. The Inner Wheel Club of Carmarthen were delighted to meet Josie after years of exchanging Christmas cards, she joined members at the Gallery.
