District 15 recently held their Rally at The Village Hotel, Cardiff. District Chairman Liz Bettles and Inner Wheel members were joined by Association President (GB&I) Heather Sheerin’s Representative and Association Membership & Development Chairman Liz Norris, District Chairman of District 4, Judith Tagg, and her husband Malcolm, District Chairman of District 10, Pat Rawlings, Rotary District Governor, District 1150, Malcolm Hallewell together with his wife Carol.
