Inner wheel Club of Cardiff President Liz Bettles and Cardiff member and MOC Pauline Minshull recently met up for coffee and a chat with Mili Francis a member of the Inner Wheel Club of Thrissur Heritage, District 320, India, who was visiting the UK and particularly Cardiff, for her daughter’s graduation, she was presented with a District 15 banner.
