Sylvia Williams a member of the Inner Wheel Club of Cardiff recently celebrated her 100th birthday, there was a surprise party for her, with an Elvis impersonator, at the Nursing Home where she now lives.
Sylvia has been a member of Inner Wheel for 56 years and was District Chairman of District 15, 1986-1987, and was District Overseas officer for the 3 years prior to that.
