D11 – Another joint venture for OtW

On 25th November Inner Wheel members from Cosham, Havant, Locks Heath, Ventnor & Winchester clubs collaborated to fund the cost of lighting of the Spinnaker Tower in Orange at Gunwharf Quays shopping centre, Portsmouth.

24 members from 5 clubs gathered in collaboration with SDAS to meet the public and raise awareness of violence against women & girls across the world.

They were also able to talk to the public about their clubs and the work they do.

£413 was raised for SDAS – amazing!

A choir, also dressed in orange, performed during the event.

Club members helped SDAS with their collection.
