D10 Ann Kelly wins cruise at Inner Wheel International Convention

Ann Kelly from District 10 was very fortunate to win the prize draw at the Inner Wheel International Convention.  She won a Riviera Cruise and she chose to cruise on the Duoro River in Portugal.  She saw all the highlights of Portugal travelling through the famous 5 locks and visited a winery, Sanctuary, a castle and Matheus Palace.   Ann was accompanied by her best friend.  She was asked to do a little talk about winning her prize.  This how she found out that 2 other Inner Wheel members Jennifer Angus, District 4 and Chris Head-Rapson, District 12 were on the cruise.
