District 15’s International Rally was held recently at The Plough, Rhosmaen, Llandeilo.
The speaker was Rob Bradshaw from the Purple Community Fund, he told us of their work with the poorest of the poor in the largest squatter areas in the Phillipines. Their beneficiaries have been raised on city landfill sites, waste picking to earn a living. The Purple Community Fund focuses on Education, Health, Nutrition, Social Welfare, Livelihood and Skills Training.
