D22 53rd Thanksgiving and Rally 14th April 2025

A fabulous turn out to a new venue. Thank you to everyone who have taken this leap of faith with us. From levels of noise and comments received the Doubletree by Hilton Nottingham reached the sweet spot. The hotel staff work hard to meet DC Lyn and her team’s high standards. The Thanksgiving Service was uplifting. Led by Reverend Alison Redshaw. With this wonderful start the rest of the day flowed along. 126 people in attendance including Association President Heather Sheerin and her husband James, members from 20 of the clubs in D22. Invited guests from Districts 7, 127 and 1, family and friends. As DC Lyn said “a perfect day. Anything is possible when you have the right people to support you. Ordinary women doing extraordinary things.”
