109 gifts for East Ayrshire Young Carers were collected at the November Club meeting, with more received afterwards. One of our members, Lynn Shaw is on the Committee of East Ayrshire Young Carers and we have been collecting and bringing gifts to our November meeting for some years now.
In November Camberley club planted 100 daffodil bulbs. In March they visited their local Ukrainian Refugees Group and presented them with the tubs of flowering daffodils. They were delighted to receive the beautiful pots..
New Malden club planted 100 pots of spring bulbs for sale at the International Rally and the proceeds went to the charity supported on the day, Street Child.
Marjorie Duncan of the Stirling Club has finished her personal challenge of speaking to 100 people she meets and explaining ’Inner Wheel’ to them. A great achievement Marjorie - and a great way to promote Inner Wheel. Way to go Marjorie!
