Monday 15^th January 2024 was a very special day!  It was the 50^th anniversary of the day when Iris Curson joined the Inner Wheel Club of Great Yarmouth.  What an achievement!  To celebrate the occasion several members of the club gathered at The Lawns, together with many of Iris’s fellow residents, for a tea party.  Iris was amazed and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.  All those who attended enjoyed a good tea, with lots of chat!  The sausage rolls and cheesy pinwheels were particularly popular, as can be seen by the empty plates in the picture!

President Linda presented Iris with a card from the club, and, similarly, Secretary Mary gave her a lovely flower arrangement.  The picture also shows Treasurer Mercy-Anne and recently re-joined member Jill Mobbs, who we are very pleased to welcome back to our midst.
