Perth Golden Girl receives Certificate

Dorothy Kennedy (Perth) received her Certificate of Appreciation from District Chairman Jean on 8th August. Dorothy has been an Inner Wheel member for 55 years. Dorothy’s first club was Oban then onto North Fife and now Perth. Dorothy is an active member of the Perth Club and is famed for her delicious Scottish tablet (tablet resembles fudge but harder).
